PosterSessionOnline, following a policy of maximum transparency, provides the contract regulating the provision of its services. These Terms and Conditions regulate the use of the www.postersessiononline.eu website, operated by DRAFT GRUPO DE COMUNICACIÓN HEALTHCARE, S.A. and GESCONONLINE S.L. (hereinafter jointly referred to as THE COMPANY).

The objective of these conditions is to establish the framework for the "Print-on-Demand" service for scientific and academic posters. The service is provided to the CLIENT (author/user) for exclusive personal use.

• Printing: High-quality printing of the digital file uploaded or identified by the CLIENT.
• Logistics: Quality control, individual rolling, and consolidated shipment to the specific congress venue.
• Optional Virtual Gallery: If specifically contracted for a particular event, the poster may be displayed in a digital gallery for browsing.

THE COMPANY operates under two distinct workflows depending on the agreement with the Congress Organizer:

• Model A (Direct Communication): The Congress Organizer provides THE COMPANY with author contact details (subject to a Data Processing Agreement). THE COMPANY contacts authors solely to offer the printing service.
• Model B (Anonymous/Abstract Identification): The Congress Organizer provides only poster/abstract numbers. The CLIENT identifies their work via these numbers on our website and manually enters the personal and billing information required.

The service is strictly "Venue-Delivery." Following quality control, posters are rolled individually and organized into batches for efficient on-site collection. THE COMPANY utilizes professional couriers (UPS, FedEx, or dedicated drivers) to ship directly to the venue address provided by the Congress Organizer.

All financial transactions are processed through PayPal or Stripe. THE COMPANY does not store credit card numbers or financial data. Pursuant to Article 103 of the Spanish General Law for the Defense of Consumers, the right of withdrawal does not apply to these services due to the highly personalized nature of Print-on-Demand goods.

These conditions are governed by Spanish Law. The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the City of Madrid.
