Although it is rare for dialysis females to become preganant or carry to term, it does happen. The level of BPA can be significant fetal toxin and efforts to reduce that level should be tried in pregnant femals. The current practice is daily (or 6/week) dialysis for these patients. Not sure if this will have a significant impact on BPA levels.
