As a user of the PosterSessionOnline forums, managed by GESCON ONLINE S.L.U., hereonin THE COMPANY, you should read the following legal advice carefully. Access to and browsing of the PosterSessionOnline forums and / or use of the services within this website constitute acceptance of these conditions. If you do not accept them, we would ask you please to leave this site immediately.
These conditions regulate use of the PosterSessionOnline website operated by The Company, located at Maria Tubau 5, Planta 1, 28050 MADRID, SPAIN, regaistered in the Mercantile Register of Madrid, Tome 4577, Volume 22323, Book 0, Page 15, Section 8, sheet M-398545, with Company Registration number ES B-84599687, listed in the Register of Franchisers of the Autonomous Community of Madrid, REFR 420/06, whose sole function is to supply an intermediary service according to Law 34/2002, of 11th July, E-Commerce and IT Society Services and 56/2007. In accordance with Article of 10 the above law, we offer the following contact details for Users, either by telephone at 0034 91 736 2380 or in writing at the address mentioned above.
Given that PosterSessionOnline is simply an intermediary service, its administrators cannot guarantee that all of the content and all of the links are legal, reliable, exact, exhaustive and useful. Nor do we accept responsability for any of the content or links, which will remain with the users or third parties who produce them, according to Articles 16 and 17 of the aforementioned Law. Likewise, the existence of content or a link does not imply any relationship between PosterSessionOnline and the owner of the website referenced, nor with the author. Neither does it imply knowledge, acceptance or approval by PosterSessionOnline. Similarly, we cannot be held responsible for other websites or files made available via links within the content, since these linked pages are provided by the Users and as such they will be held responsible. PosterSessionOnline, therefore, neither approves nor accepts responsibility for, any product, service, content, information, files or other type of material within these webpages. Neither do we check or accept responsibility for the quality, legality, reliability and usefulness of any external information, content or services accessed via links on our webpages.
If a relevant authority were to declare any of the content illegal and order its removal, whether due to slander,defamation or other breach, the Company would endeavour to deactivate the relevant content as soon as possible after receiving official communication.
Nevertheless, PosterSessionOnline opposes all illegal behaviour and will neither accept nor tolerate use of the website for illicit purposes. If, in spite of the efforts of the Company and of well-intentioned Users, you the User detect any content or links which are abusive or illegal, we would ask you to let the Company know, so that they can be assessed and removed if appropriate. Please be advised that in cases of malicious or coercing reports, the Company reserves the right to make public all or part of the report and take appropriate action.
Finally, we remind you that both these Terms and Conditions and the PosterSessionOnline service are governed by current Spanish legislation. Any case of dispute will be settled in the Courts in the city of Madrid, pending legal reasons to the contrary.
Conditions of use
THE USER accepts the services offered by THE COMPANY consciously and freely, with licit intentions and good will. He or she is solely responsible for his/her actions and exonerates PosterSessionOnline and its administrators and collaborators of all responsibility for incorrect use of content and for the harm that this may cause the Userīs hardware and components, etc. Furthermore, the content contained within these pages may not be used for unlawful purposes and the USER must respect the integrity of the services offered. The USER is reminded that the Law applies both within and outside the scope of the internet.
The USER must refrain from writing or linking any defamatory, pornographic, slanderous, obscene, violent, threatening or racist content; any content which might incite violence or discrimination on grounds of sex, race, ideology, religion; content which is in any way immoral, threatens public order or fundamental human rights, freedom, honour, privacy or the image of any third party; or content which breaches current legislation or which could block, overload or damage the normal functioning of the services, hardware, files or other documents stored within THE COMPANY or in external servers linked to / from PosterSessionOnline. Likewise, THE USER should refrain from harrassing or threatening other USERS, as well as from attempting to obtain or divulge private information.
THE USER should refrain from creating multiple accounts with the aim of promoting content, simulating discussions, supplanting the identity of others, breaching sanctions and in any way trying to interfere with the correct functioning of PosterSessionOnline. In accordance with Spanish Law 15/1999 of 13th December 1999 and Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on Protection of Personal Information, USERS are informed that private information essential to the service will be stored in an automized database owned by THE COMPANY. Through acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and others within the PosterSessionOnline website, the USER, expressly and unequivocally, gives his/her consent to the storing of this data and use for commercial purposes.
As described in Spanish Data Protection Legislation, THE USER may exercise rights of access, rectification or cancellation of these details, as well as revoking the consent to store them. The service allows THE USER to access and edit his/her details at any time, although this may also be done in writing accompanied by copy of National Identity Card or Passport.
We inform USERS that content given freely but which does not include personal details may be stored and published in order to maintain a fluent service.
