Bleeding disorders in young women with puberty menorrhagia may go unrecognised and undiagnosed especially in developing, resource-constraint countries. Identifying the treatable causes can usher in immense benefits to the life of young women during their productive years. von Willebrand Disease is one such disorder we studied in India.
