If you have any difficulties please call us. If you have a query regarding a poster, please state the poster no., the first author name and the corresponding congress.
Dimensions
Use of our templates is not mandatory. Posters can be designed freely, according to the doctor´s criteria
Width (cm): 90
Height (cm): 120
Structure
The following sections should appear:
- 1st author and other authors
- Introduction and objectives
- Methods
- Results and Conclusions
- References / Bibliography
which should be set out in clearly differentiated blocks.
Layout
Title: To be written in large font size, 92 or greater.
Institutions: The institutions the authors belong to should be stated, indicating Department, Unit and Hospital. Use normal font size, between 32 and 36.
Text: Use normal font size, approx. 36-44. You should use dark text colours on a light background, or vice versa.
Identifier/Topic: The posters should be identified with the topic they belong to, for example: Miscellaneous, Epidemiology, etc.
References / Bibliography: font 28 to 32.
At least one of the authors must be registered in the congress.
Other considerations
Cutting and pasting images doubles their size. Please choose the Insert Image From File option. To order the printing and/or the design of your poster you have to click on Upload Poster, follow the steps and then complete the form.
The scientific committee reserves the right to modify the prior classification of the authors as oral presentation or poster
Lower band
For all posters ordered, the PosterSessionOnline technical department adds a discreet band at the bottom, measuring 4 cm, containing:
1.- The poster number.
2.- The topic and 1st Author.
3.- The sponsor´s name (this part only appears if the service is sponsored).
4.- The PosterSessionOnline logo.
Important: Check the posters before sending them, as changes cannot be made once they have been printed. The website does not allow duplicated numbersIf you make a mistake, contact us immediately so we can correct it
