Acute Kidney Injury as a consequence of ischemia is a common clinical event leading to unacceptable high morbidity and mortality and development of CKD .some patients dont die from AKI itself but from its multisystem affection as AKI leads to inflammatory changes in different organs such as brain(uremic encephalopathy).therefore to deal with these problems we have to know the exact mechanism to search for therapies. Here we are studying the role of TLR stimulation in uremic encephalopathy.
